dpa attempt, again..

Singapore Citizen and Permanent Resident private candidates who have registered to sit for the GCE O-Level examinations this year will be able to take part in the DPA admission exercise.

I gave up DPA since year start due to NYP's reply! Yesterday I thought of DPA and I just applied nevertheless, conveniently emailed them. Tomorrow's the DPA application deadline fortunately! Also receiving the reply that I am allowed to apply.
Their replies are so contradicting, perhaps private o level means not repeating but home-schooling? weirdd. lucky I've applied at the last second though.
